Build and support 5-10 Community Coordinators as movement leaders -
Pilot solutions to pressing education challenges and document what works -
Track meaningful outcomes and build evidence base for education transformation

📅 Term Structure
The State Coordinator role is a one-year term open to review. High-performing coordinators who wish to continue beyond one year will have access to a clear growth trajectory with progression to Zonal Coordinator, National Coordinator, and eventually Regional Coordinator as TrainDTrainer expands across Africa. This ensures both accountability and opportunity for long-term impact.
