Our Story
Train The Trainer started in 2022 from a simple WhatsApp group of Nigerian teachers. Dr. Onyekachi Onwudike-Jumbo showed up every week to teach, empower, and expose them to global certifications aligned with the World Economic Forum’s education framework.
What began as weekly sessions focused on intentionally improving teaching practices has grown into a movement of 14,000+ educators across Africa. We saw that while infrastructure and resources matter, the single most important factor in student success is an empowered, skilled teacher.
Today, we are a pan-African community of practice, democratizing access to world-class professional development and bridging the gap between potential and transformational impact in every classroom.
