Become a Coordinator
Strategic Leadership
Move beyond operational tasks to strategic work: policy advocacy, ecosystem building, movement architecture, and systemic change.
Systems Change
Influence education policy, build coalitions with government and stakeholders, and create sustainable systems that outlast individuals.
Movement Building
Amplify teacher voices, build power through coalitions, and position teachers as experts who shape education discourse and policy.
Why This Matters
We’re not looking for program managers. We’re building a network of movement architects and systems thinkers who drive policy change, build ecosystems, and create lasting transformation. This is strategic leadership that changes systems, not just individuals.
